Terms of use · Launch review

The practical rules for using CRMZI

Effective 24 September 2026. These terms explain account responsibilities, permitted use, launch pricing and important product boundaries.

1. These terms

These launch terms apply to access to the CRMZI website and working product surface. A paid or assisted account may also be governed by an order, onboarding document or separately accepted terms. If documents conflict, the document specifically agreed for that account should take priority.

2. Accounts and authorised users

Account information must be accurate and access credentials must not be shared outside the authorised team. The account owner is responsible for assigning appropriate access, managing users and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use CRMZI to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected records, or store information you are not authorised to process. Test and demonstration records must not be represented as real customer or financial records.

4. Customer data

The account owner remains responsible for business and client information entered into CRMZI, including its accuracy and lawful use. CRMZI may process that information as required to provide, secure and support the requested service. Data ownership, export format and deletion timing should be confirmed in the applicable onboarding or order documents during launch.

5. Trial and pricing

The current launch configuration provides a 90-day trial followed by an AUD $1.99 monthly subscription when a paid checkout is completed. Exploring the marketing site or product tour does not itself create a charge. Applicable tax treatment, renewal, cancellation, refund and payment-failure terms must be confirmed before a paid subscription is created.

6. Product boundaries

CRMZI supports everyday CRM, project, proposal, invoice and accounting records shown in the product. Unless expressly confirmed, it should not be relied upon for tax lodgement, payroll, regulated financial advice, statutory compliance, guaranteed bank feeds or a particular third-party integration. Obtain professional advice where required.

7. Third-party services

Some functions may rely on third-party services such as authentication, cloud infrastructure or Stripe-hosted subscription checkout. Their availability and terms may affect the relevant function. A reference to a possible integration does not mean it is production-ready unless CRMZI confirms that status.

8. Availability and changes

During launch review, CRMZI may change, suspend or remove features to improve reliability, security or product fit. Planned functionality and demonstration data are not delivery guarantees. Any service levels or support commitments must be set out separately.

9. Intellectual property

CRMZI and its product design, software, branding and documentation remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms provide permission to use the service for authorised business purposes; they do not transfer ownership of the software.

10. Suspension and ending use

Access may be suspended for security risk, prohibited use, payment failure or material breach of applicable terms. Launch users should confirm cancellation, account closure, export and deletion steps before relying on CRMZI as a system of record.

11. Liability and governing terms

Liability limits, consumer-law treatment, governing law and dispute venue require formal legal review and must be stated in the final terms or account order before public commercial availability. Nothing on this launch page is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Contact and updates

Questions about these terms should be raised through the contact method provided during onboarding until a public legal contact is published. The effective date of this launch version is 24 September 2026.
