Accounting connected to client work

Know which work created every important number

CRMZI brings proposals, invoices, income, expenses and core accounts into the same workspace as your clients and projects—giving small service teams a more complete operating picture.

Everyday finance workflow

From commercial promise to financial record

Keep the scope, client, delivery context and resulting transaction close together instead of reconstructing the story at month-end.

Proposals before invoices

Track commercial scope, value and approval status before delivery and billing begin.

Invoices with client context

See issue date, due date, status and amount without separating the receivable from the client relationship.

Income and expenses

Record money in and out against an account, vendor or client so each transaction has useful operating context.

Structured accounts

Search and filter an Australian-oriented chart of accounts by code, name, type and tax treatment.

Profit and loss view

Review revenue, operating expenses and net profit in a concise financial snapshot.

Books status checks

Keep reconciliation, invoice matching, GST categorisation and opening-balance tasks visible for review.

Clear boundaries. CRMZI’s current product surface supports everyday client and financial records. Tax, lodgement, bank-feed and compliance capabilities should be confirmed before replacing specialist accounting systems or professional advice.

Accounting questions

What the current product does—and does not claim

Does CRMZI support invoicing?

Yes. The current product surface includes invoice records with client, issue date, due date, payment status and amount.

Can I track GST-related records?

CRMZI includes GST-oriented account treatment and summary fields in the current workspace. Direct BAS lodgement, ATO certification and automated tax compliance are not claimed and must be confirmed separately.

Does CRMZI connect to bank feeds?

Automated bank feeds are not part of the verified launch claims. The current workspace presents income and expense records and identifies bank-feed handling as a capability that still needs confirmation.

Should I stop using my accountant?

No. Software can organise records and make business activity easier to review, but it does not replace advice from a qualified accountant or tax professional.
