Trust & security

Clear about the safeguards—and the questions still open

CRMZI is in launch review. This page separates protections visible in the current product from operational commitments that must be confirmed before broader production use.

Current safeguards

Practical controls in the working product

These statements describe the current CRMZI product surface. They are not claims of certification or independent security assurance.

Signed-in access

The product requires authenticated access rather than exposing business records through public marketing pages.

Role-based team access

The current workspace includes owner and staff roles, with operational controls for managing access.

Operational audit records

Administrative account, access and subscription actions are designed to leave an operational record.

Hosted subscription checkout

Where billing is enabled, subscription checkout is created through Stripe rather than collecting card details inside the CRMZI interface.

Confirm before relying

Launch items that need a formal commitment

Businesses with regulated, sensitive or residency-bound data should confirm these details before entering production information.

Not yet presented as verified commitments

  • Production data-hosting region and residency commitments
  • Backup frequency, retention and recovery targets
  • Formal incident-response and breach-notification process
  • Security testing, certifications and independent assurance
  • Account deletion, export and retention service levels
  • Support response times and availability commitments

Responsible use during launch

Review privacy and commercial terms before adding production data

The current policies explain how information is handled and where launch-stage processes still need confirmation. Report a security concern through the contact channel provided during onboarding until a public security address is published.
